My coat is bloody, my will is bare...

(For the countless medical personnel who toil silently)

A thousand souls to reap
Before the eyes glaze and turn to dust,
Tears cannot mourn the dead
While the living fear to rot and rust,
Damned be the living soul who seeks
To purge the hatred with steels of cold,
The blood that fumes inside the veins
Is that of a coward disguised as bold;

We are that human to seek joy
In harming those who give us life,
Human-inhuman mixed in one,
No back to bear, no will to strife,
So they shun our world, this paradise,
To kick the bearer of life and light,
The brevity of human life can say
That none that strong can stand the night;

So we stand together, stand for one,
Together till the dark allays to dawn,
Against the world, against the sins,
I stand tall and I stand convinced;
Guardian we are against all sin,
Let us stand before we all cave in,
"Give me blood", once led our land,
In the darkest times, come take my hand.
